Frequently asked questions
When does my Pro access start?
Pro is not on sale yet. We are still setting up payments, and VOM Pro will launch at $7.99 per month. Join the waitlist and we will tell you the moment it opens; in the meantime the free plan never expires.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no penalties. Cancel from your profile under “Manage subscription”, or through Paddle's customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, and Paddle’s refund terms apply. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where consumer law requires it, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers in the EU and UK. VOM’s free plan never expires, so you can evaluate it fully before paying anything. For a refund request or any billing question, contact Paddle or write to hola@vom-app.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
International credit/debit cards and local LATAM methods. All taxes included in the price.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your verifications are yours. We do not sell or share your history with third parties or model providers.
