Frequently asked questions
When does my Pro access start?
Immediately. You pay through Polar's secure checkout and your account switches to Pro within seconds; your daily limit rises to 50 queries right away. If it does not show, reload your profile.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no penalties. Cancel from your profile under “Manage subscription”, or through Polar's customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, and Polar’s refund terms apply. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where consumer law requires it, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers in the EU and UK. VOM’s free plan never expires, so you can evaluate it fully before paying anything. For a refund request or any billing question, contact Polar or write to hola@vom-app.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
International credit/debit cards and local LATAM methods. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your history is never used to train AI models, and we never sell it. Answering you does send your text, and the earlier messages if the conversation is saved, to the AI provider that processes it, under that provider's API terms, which do not allow it to train its models on your data.
Is there a limit on image creation?
Yes. Every account can create up to 8 images an hour and 20 a day, on Free and Pro alike. Image creation also draws on a capacity VOM shares across everyone using it, so at busy times it may pause until that shared capacity refreshes, which happens once a day, even if you have not used up your own allowance. It resumes on its own, and none of your allowance is spent while it is paused.
