Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. WHO PROCESSES YOUR PAYMENTS

VOM payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle is the official seller of the subscription, issues your invoice, and handles all refund requests. The specific Paddle contracting entity depends on your location and is identified in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. REFUNDS

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where consumer law requires it. This includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Paddle may also grant refunds at its own discretion. Requests are assessed under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

VOM's free plan never expires. You can evaluate the product fully before paying anything.

3. CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time, with no contracts and no penalties, from your profile under “Manage subscription” or through Paddle's customer portal.

On cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Partial periods are not pro-rated.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact Paddle, which handles billing, or write to hola@vom-app.com and we will help you raise it. We respond to all legitimate requests.
